WhatsApp одним из последних запустил видеозвонки. Разъезжаться поддержка видео будет постепенно, так что не понятно когда она появится у всех. Мне вообще как-то уже не очень понятно кто пользуется WhatsApp. Есть фейсбук мессенджер, есть вайбер - у этих давно есть все функции и аудитория вотцапа. Есть телеграмм для гиков и причастных.
