В скайпе теперь показывают субтитры, в смысле то, что вы говорите, распознается и показыавется в виде текста. Не могу придумать ничего точнее, чем комментарий одного очень умного человека: "Они там не смогли починить звук в скайпе и решили что пойдут другим путем - субтитры!"
